Terms of Service

Flozo is an organization-scoped communication and collaboration suite developed by GLOBIZS. Flozo brings together real-time encrypted messaging, channels, direct chats, media sharing, task management, organizational directories, and enterprise role hierarchies into a unified environment.

To use Flozo, you must register using a valid telephone number and complete one-time passcode (OTP) verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.

• Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your device, session tokens, and authentication passcodes.
• Unauthorized Use: You must promptly notify GLOBIZS at contact@globizs.com if you discover any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
• Device Binding: Flozo links session tokens to secure hardware enclaves (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Multiple simultaneous device logins may be restricted or monitored for organizational security.

In compliance with Apple App Store Safety Guideline 1.2 and modern online community standards, Flozo enforces zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree NOT to:

Flozo reserves the immediate right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these standards without prior notice.

The Flozo application, including software code, designs, UI elements, trademarks, logos, audio-visual assets, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of GLOBIZS Web Solutions and its licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GLOBIZS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Flozo on compatible devices solely for your organizational or personal communication purposes.

You and your organization retain full ownership of all text messages, documents, photos, audio files, and data uploaded or sent through Flozo. GLOBIZS claims no intellectual property rights or ownership over your content.

You grant Flozo a strictly limited, non-exclusive license to transmit, store, and process your content solely to the extent required to provide the messaging services, push notifications, and maintenance requested by you.

Flozo offers Free / Starter tiers, as well as paid Business and Enterprise plans with enhanced organizational quotas, advanced administration, and dedicated support.

• Billing Cycles: Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis as chosen at checkout.
• Apple In-App Purchases: If a subscription is initiated via Apple iOS App Store, billing is managed through your Apple ID account according to Apple terms. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple ID Settings.
• Taxes & Invoicing: All stated prices are exclusive of applicable statutory taxes (such as GST or VAT), which will be itemized on your invoices.
• Refunds: Unless mandated by applicable statutory law or Apple refund policies, subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle commences.

In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v), you have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app at any time:

GLOBIZS may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, violate acceptable use rules, or if required to do so by court order or applicable law.

We strive to provide uninterrupted service with a target uptime of 99.9% for enterprise accounts. However, service availability may be impacted by routine maintenance, emergency security patches, telecommunication disruptions, or cloud infrastructure outages.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOBIZS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, WORK STOPPAGE, OR DEVICE DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF FLOZO.

GLOBIZS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO FLOZO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ₹5,000 INR (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GLOBIZS, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal costs arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your uploaded content; or (c) your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Imphal, Manipur, India.

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date. For material revisions, we will provide conspicuous in-app notifications.
